I did a phone screen with the recruiter which was normal and then I had an interview with one of the CSM managers there that was standard but they ghosted me after that and never gave me a response. Then after reaching out to the recruiter for an answer multiple times, he messaged me on LinkedIn over a year later asking if I'd be interested in a CSM position.
