Woman called me up, and started harping on my resume. I felt she was asking me to lie on things. Then she asked me how old I was. She really did ask, though. I am not making that up. She even guessed, then asked me for confirmation, "You're in your forties, right? .... Right?" I didn't feel like I got a fair shake at all. I don't feel like she understood who I am as an employee at all. In fact, the opposite. I feel that my potential as an employee was completely overlooked.
