I was contacted for a phone interview then the process moved quickly through first interview and second interview. I met with 2 people in my first interview and 5 in the second. Each one set a timer to stay on track with time allotted. The day after my second interview I was contacted to discuss my interest and had a very open conversation about what I would need financially to make the decision to accept. I was very happy with the overall process.
