Initial phone contact to discuss brief expectations, notice period, salary expectations, interview availability. The phone interview with the hiring manager consisted of competency based questions relating to the person and job specification. I was then invited to a first stage interview at the Manchester office with the hiring manager, where questions were related to my resume and past experience. The final stage was a secondary interview with senior management, (Deputy COO) alongside hiring manager, interview questions were related to my career abitions, enthusiasm for the role, detailed questions about company history, statistics and future growth strategy. A transpararent and fluid process throughout, the entire process took less than three weeks.
