2. Attitude test (read: Legal IQ test)
Starts off with a phone interview, which talks about your background, etc. Then they ask why you want to work at Dispatch and why you're looking for a new role.
Then they state that there will be a required test to take to move forward in the process. It's the CCAT test which is an "attitude" test as well as a psychology examination (personality test).
Unfortunately, these types of test require weeks of preparation, and they don't disclose what type of score they are looking for, so it would be a huge time commitment to acquire skills which would not be transferable as a software engineer. Your time is better spent practicing algorithm and leetcode questions.
After learning about the required IQ test, I immediately did not align with the culture of the company and I dropped out of the process.
