Telephone chat from the recruitment agency and then meet the company recruiter in a hotel nearby. The interview was pushed back to 7pm and it was rushed, I felt as though she didn't want to miss her train. The second the meeting was over (20 minutes in total), I felt like I had dodged a bullet if the first impressions are anything to go by. As a manager, I have interviewed and developed hundreds of people and never have I just talked about myself the whole time. Disappointing.
