Walked in, filled out application, then they reviewed my application and an Interview was given on the spot. We discussed what experience I had working with children and also customer service and then we talked about what customer service meant to me. Then I was offered the job and accepted.

normal interview questions. My interview was with the director of the school. We went in the office and she asked me a few questions and then asked me how soon can i start and what hours was i looking for.
