I got through three rounds. The recruiter was great, and the interview with the hiring manager was fine, if a bit casual. I will say there was a lot of homework involved. A full presentation/skills test, along with two original scripts. I think unpaid work in interviews is annoying, but I'm willing to do it for a job—or at the very least, a personalized response. The recruiter took the time to let me know I hadn't been chosen, but there was no feedback as to why. Then, the job got reposted a few days later. It would be nice to be compensated for the homework portion, as I've seen small startups do as much. At the very least, it would be nice to guarantee a candidate's original material won't be used outside the interview.
