- Screening call with the recruiter - Call with hiring manager - Technical coding interview (Telnet chat server) - Full day interview with multiple team members including 2 additional technical screens. They made “what you were getting into” very much apparent when it came to the technical screens. The biggest gripe I have with the process is the time wasted. Having to take a full day off of my regular job and prepare hours for the interviews. They then proceed to give a generic answer as to why I was not selected (this is NOT okay). If I give a company hours of my time, I expect at minimum specific reasoning as to where I needed improvement. After this interview process, I now have negative sentiment about the company.
