Group interview process. Instead of sitting down for a second or third interview, they had us fill out a piece of paper with very basic questions. The job description as advertised vs explained in person did not line up. They are “interested in future business partners not sales people” and explained they’re trying to “help you start your own business”. I saw many red flags ranging from not being able to reach them over the phone over many attempts prior to the interview, even when told to call if I had any questions, which I did, the number they gave only ever output “user busy” and I called many times over numerous days trying to ask standard questions. I also heard people yelling at each other from the lobby waiting area prior to the interview.
