Brief face to face interview where asked questions about yourself and ability to work in team, then given script to memories for mock call but this is less important as more concerned with applicants themselves

Very positive, not intimidating at all - welcoming and felt very informed about the job. Usual questions that you would expect from a job interview. Happy to answer questions and didn’t feel like I was being interrogated
