2 part interview, most of the interview was them talking and telling me about the role and background checks that would take place, the wfh conditions etc. And there was a 15 min break before the second part to prepare, so It didn't feel like a 1hr interview at all, dont worry. My interviewers were very nice, seemed very experienced and even humourous, which I was so worried about before the interview since I interviewed with DLG a few years ago for an apprenticeship and it was awful, the interviewers were young but v moody. There were 2 interviewers present. The woman probed me for more answers which was encouraging as I did have things to say but always worry that i'm overdoing it.

Remote. Working.
The whole process was easy. Took me 4 weeks to get offered the role.
Straight after applying for the role the next day i was sent an email to complete a prerecorded video interview. You have a time limit with prerecorded questions to answer. This took under 10 minutes.
After this, i was contacted via phone call for another video interview. This interview was over microsoft teams. This included situational/ competency based questions along with a customer service role play. This interview took 1 hour and 30 minites.45 minutes of the interview was answering questions using the STAR method. 15 minutes was given for role play prep. This was to read through the document they send at the start of the interview. So you can prep a little before the role play. 30 minutes was the role play.
After a week, i was contacted via a phone call for job offer.
One tip: make sure you research DLG’s behaviours and link the behaviours to your work experience using the STAR method.
