initial interview by phone screening with HR person, questions were typical and easy to answer, not challenging and did not inspire strong interest in the next step, interviewer was reading from a script and did not challenge any of my answers, even when I left out aspects that were part of the question

There is a group interview session where the sales manager goes over info about the company and asks interview questions going around the room. After the first phase, you come in to meet with a few people and do a mock sales call with the sales manager. It was a pretty quick process and there was constant communication.
