I applied online and about two weeks later was emailed to set up a phone screen. A typical phone screen. HR lady opened the discussion to me. I described my background, why I was looking for a digital marketing job, why I wanted to work for Direct Agents etc. I asked a couple follow up questions. She mentioned she would let me know if I would be invited for an interview, but as with most HR reps, she never did. After a month I assumed I would not be invited.
