After being recruited for an interview, I spent 5+ hours and spoke with several representatives of the company (some were very professional and others were less so). After being recruited into their interview process and jumping through hours of hoops, they ghosted me. I've called and emailed to follow up and never heard from them again. Very unprofessional behavior, especially after I invested so much into the relationship. Developers are people and deserve more respect than this company offers.
