Met with department manager I was interested in. Met store manager, both people "Dillardized" asked about experience and what my expectations were.talked about salary and need to truly understand that I needed to earn my pay since it was higher per hour than most other retailers.

I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.
