I was called in for my first interview which was held by the manager of the department of which I was being interviewed for. This manager was very polite and professional. I was asked about my previous experience and schooling. Once I finished with the first interview I had an interview with the Store Assistant Manager a few minutes later. She asked me the same questions. We discussed how commission works and the different hours that which I was available.
