Applied on LinkedIn, spoke to someone and was told my application would be reviewed by the someone else. I was then requested that I add some availabilities to which they responded over a week later for a last minute interview. I requested some additional help, but it was not offered. After my 2nd interview I was unfortunately told a week later that I would not be proceeding to the next round. Again, I was asked whether I had any questions, to which I asked for some further feedback as opposed to the generic 'other candidates had more suitable experience'. Then I was ghosted. Rude.
