Their senior leadership is not working, there is a discredited CEO there, very fed up everyone, plus the CEO and senior leadership are already dysfunctional and all the employees are suffering. Revenue is only gaining and US revenue is decreasing by 20% every year. And the CEO is already dead as a function and the board of directors is overlooking it.
