Setting the phone interview time was very easy and quick.
The interview itself went well. I was promised a response by the end of the week, and told to send an email if I didn’t hear back.
I didn’t hear back so sent an email...no response. A couple of weeks later, still nothing, so I sent a second email, and still nothing! Companies are now “ghosting” potential candidates which is unacceptable!
Left with a bitter taste, the least they could do is respond, even if it’s to say no!

First round with HR person, typical questions, getting to know each other, second round with hiring manager, at this point I rejected interviewing further but it would have been a case interview.

It's an extremely heavy interview process that will require you to do research and present something. Ultimately the criteria isn't clear. It seems they prefer people with highly specific industry knowledge
4 rounds, 1st HR, 2nd Management, 3rd Case study, 4th chat with the director.
Good atmosphere, online interviews, no in person interview. Case study is interesting and fun to finish
