Really unprofessional. I had to hound the recruiter to even confirm the dates of my interview. For example, I literally got an invite for a 12pm interview at like 10am that same day, after following up a couple times to see if the interview was confirmed (which I selected my time four days earlier).
Recruitment is extremely delicate and it’s super intimidating to have to REPEATEDLY follow up with the people who would be deciding your hiring bc the supposed interview is the next or same day!
Over all: total joke for a company that is quite literally builds it culture on transparency and accountability… I had way more to say and examples, but I don’t want this to be an essay.

I don’t even remember the entire process was unprofessional. Typical product marketing questions nothing crazy…

Provided my availability for multiple slots but didn't receive any meeting link/email about when to have the screening call until a few days later when I updated my availability to one specific date but then they scheduled for the next day instead which confused me but ok not a huge issue but already made me qs their level of communication. Then the HR/talent/people person was 10mins late or more, which can happen I understand, but they did not apologise and continued as normal so that made me feel icky. 1st stage with the hiring manager was fine, it was easy to talk to them but by the end they did not do a wrap up of next steps/when i can hear back until i asked and they just said "the people person will get in touch with you" - did not disclose the timeline so that felt a bit awkward. Had a feeling it will not progress because of that - and it didn't.
