The interview process includes a screening call with the recruiter, live video interviews, and a call with the CEO. The recruiter facilitated the entire experience and was kind, responsive, and thorough. I felt like questions I had were answered thoughtfully by everyone I interacted with. I could tell Digits was a special place to be. I felt like the resume walk through portion of the process showcased Digits' attention to detail on my skill sets and how they would make an impact on the organizations goals. The cherry on top was connecting with the CEO and having the opportunity to ask questions on his vision for the company and the future of accounting.
