The interview started with a 30-min phone call speaking with the immediate manager but not the hiring manager. We covered my resume and he asked some relevant questions about technology that were not covered on my resume and left it open for me to ask questions. It was a a good if brief interview. The next day I was informed that I would be coming back for a follow-up in person interview by several people.
