This interview was for a developer role in a niche technology, AEM/CQ5.
1. It started with a skype interview lasting an hour. Questions are based on everything, component design, templates, server optimisation, java, SOAP APIs, CDN, search (which I wrote in my CV as a part of the work I've done).
2. If you clear the Skype round, they'll call you for a machine test. They'll ask you to solve certain AEM/CQ5 problems and explain some multithreading program on the system.
3. If you clear the machine round, they'll immediately call you for MR round followed by a CTO round where they'll ask you for your expectations and what their vacant position will involve.
4. After a day, HR will call you with an offer for a 30% hike that too for the requirement of a certified developer in a niche technology. They will only negotiate the offer after you clear all rounds, not before that. Very professional, ain't it??
I rejected the "generous" offer and I hope this review will make sure no one makes the same mistake of wasting their precious time and energy interviewing for DigitasLBi. Also do know that they do outsourced support work only which they will only tell you later after you've wasted your time.
