Met with a campus recruiter for an initial interview, than met with a group of 4 individuals for one-on-ones (each was 30 minutes and they were back-to-back). There was almost a period of 3 months in between the interview sessions. I have also not heard back yet after the last round.

Phone screen with a specific recruiter was probably the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had. The conversation went left from the beginning, it just felt like there was little interest in the work I had done and a lot of bias based on an earlier scheduling mixup we had earlier in the day. I think recruiters are often the first line of introduction to your company and this recruiter definitely didn't make feel like I wanted to work there.

A recruiter call, followed by three rounds of interviews. Process took a bit of time, but that’s typical. Interviewers were kind and asked probing questions. Be prepared to come with examples and knowledge of the company.

The interview process lasted 5 weeks and involved 4 different rounds of conversations in addition to a technical round. The technical round consisted of tableau and alteryx questions and excel modeling like pivot tables
