The recruiter was great to talk to, very pleasant. She had mentioned she'd be out of town the following week when I was scheduled to have my first interview but assured me she'd have a proxy. The most irritating thing is that it's been 3+ weeks since my first interview and they still haven't gotten back to me. The first round interviewer was a bit stand off-ish and not the warmest to be around.
