I had two interviews with Senior Management of the company. They were very professional and experienced, each with over 20 years in this industry and nearly that long with DTS. They were really transparent and I like the company culture. They are hiring due to a lot of growth at the end of 2021, and several new contracts already signed for 2022. They will be adding more MT's and QA Auditors in coming months. I believe if I do not get an offer this time around, I have an excellent chance in the next round of hiring.
