Good initial outlook meet with couple of Supervisors and felt the guys really understood their trade and looked for like minded people that would have a passion for this industry.
Following second stage interview it sort of went down hill as the business was let down by their HR. No understanding of employee engagement. Informed to communicate outcome withing a week. Then ghosting emails and phone calls. It seems that there is a whiff of juniority in the team and lack of understanding processes what does not bode well for the future of the business. It is equally employers and employee market and unfortunately having employer that does not have an ability to say either Yes or No is not something one would like to entertain.
