It took two interviews to solidify the position, phone screen interview first and then an in-person to fully get to know the company and get a good feeling for the role requirements. The phone interview was straightforward and more in line with understanding what each party was intending. The proper in person meeting only further identified what was needed to fit in the position. Good and friendly process, I heard from them by the end of the week.
