Really enjoyable! I had a face to face interview with three members of the team, I then attended an Assessment Day the following week. The face to face interview was about 1 hour long. I met with three members of the team who were all really friendly! I briefly met with the Director Toni who was lovely. The office was cool and modern and had a friendly feel. I was then invited to attend an Assessment Day. This was great as Toni explained to us more about the company and her background. We then participated in a group task which assessed our sales skills. Following this, we did a short 60 second presentation on ourselves to the team. Although in competition with each other for the roles, it was a really friendly/low pressure environment. Following this, I was invited back to do a presentation on what I knew about the sector I would potentially be working on. During the period between the Assessment Day and the Presentation, I was offered another role I couldn’t turn down. It was just really bad timing. Digital Gurus seems like a great, supportive and friendly company to work for and I definitely would have accepted if I got offered the role. Management seem to really care about the staff and the office is fab! Would highly recommend going in for an interview if you have the chance.

Swift interview process, but in great detail - spoke around competency, my background, their background and where they are looking to go. It was a very friendly interview, not grilling in the slightest.
