They give you 20 min to finish a test with 3 problems. No conversation about your resume or work history. A quick greeting and they give you the test on a shared doc. You solve them in silence while they watch you. The problems weren't hard but the whole interview process felt like a waste of time.
First round was technical, no conversation, just coding on a google doc. This company seems to not want to hire anyone. They bring in a lot of candidates but everyone says the same thing, they waste your time.
