I was scheduled for an interview that began with the head of HR and then other team members from various departments were pulled in over the span of an hour. (i.e. VP of Client Services, then CEO)

The interview questions were very easy and standard. (i.e. tell me more about yourself and your professional experience)
It was a standard interview where I gave an overview of my experience to date and learned more about the role. The team was friendly and took time answering my questions.
