Than they will ask you for 23k as bond and will fire you after training or after giving a hard project and will fire you and will not refund your money
There is first written test which had some core java questions and sql queries then face to face round and then hr interview, they want 20000 fix deposit. I think this company is not good for fresher and experienced both.

first they take an Aptitude test that has 15 questions of java which you have complete in 20 minutes
after that Technical interview

They ask me difference between delete, truncate,drop. insert into table from another table, Time slice scheduling, types of CSS,Wrapper class

I applied through job portal. The process took 1 days. I interviewed at Diction Technology (Noida) in apr 2018.
Hr call me and demand money as a bond, i hate these type companies which demand money, government should action on these looser companies.
