The engineers I interviewed with seemed like they hated being there and were not passionate about the company. How can you expect the interviewee to be interested with this is what they come across?
On the other hand, the recruiters/hr people seemed nice and were very responsive.
Long. 5-6 stages. Phone screen -> Engineering screen -> Coding interview 1 -> Coding interview 2 -> System design interview -> Values interview (They think they are FAANG)

Entrevista
Proceso sumamente ordenado y claro de cara al entrevistado. Etapas de screening con área de People, luego de soft skills y challenging projects con área de ingeniería. Y luego dos sesiones de live coding con dos niveles de dificultad diferentes. Excelente predisposición del equipo en todas las instancias para conocerte, intercambiar ideas, se siente transparente durante todo el proceso.
