There's 2 stages of interview was done. First is a written test with questioning some basic technical question in electrical, mechanical, chemical and petroleum principle also with some IQ and Imaginative test. Once you advance to the second stage is the interview with 3 panels which 2 is from HR and another is technical managers. They given 2 study case and you have to pick which would you like to present. Then, there's a series of your interpersonal skills question from HR.

I have always come to Glassdoor interviews section to do some research before my interview. I believe this is my opportunity to give back, and hopefully, it would be helpful for anyone interviewing for this position. The processes below are in chronological order: 1. I applied through Jobstreet. I would recommend submitting your application earlier. Some of my friends missed their opportunity so better be alert with their opening. 2. I got a call for an interview approximately 3 weeks later. They will send you an e-mail on what to provide before the interview session. They also asked me to provide a presentation based on my final year project. 3. On the interview day, I recommend proofreading and being exceptionally ready to present your project. They will ask some questions based on that. I also discussed various things with the interviewer, 4. Additionally, you might want to do some practice with IQ tests. They will allocate some time for you to answer this question but there was no time limit for me (probably because I completed it quickly). 5. Also, they will brief you regarding this YEP program which includes your rotation in the department, duration and details of the program. Be sure to prep your notebook on this matter. 6. I waited 2 weeks for a call and an offer of employment. Overall, it was a really good and smooth experience for me and I accepted the offer. Best of luck to those who are applying!
