The post advertised online, i applied and received a call in about a week after applying. I arrived on the day of the interview and waited in a comfortable lobby. A representative from HR greeted me and took me to the meeting room. The interview started on time, the interviewers were pleasant and asked me thorough questions. Lots of questions which were mostly tailed to my interpersonal skills being applied to the role. The culture of company is very welcoming and they have many things in place for the welfare of teh staff such as gym, football field, canteen, life insurance, health cards. And from what i know the compensation is very competitive and often times better than once generally available in my economy from similar companies.
