CV hand in, and video interview. Was quite different to other interviews I have done in the case of questions. I got rejected and initially the team took a while to get back to me regarding this, however they did provide my feedback on how I did. It was well structured this feedback, better than any other scheme, so I could clearly see where I went wrong. I commend them on this structure even if I did not pass, because I can clearly see now what to improve on.

Got though to Hire Vue stage was given 3 attempts for every question and also had a Case study at the end which consisted of 2 different campaigns and we had to choose one and say why we did it.

It was an automated process. I felt like a lot of the questions were quite generic textbook questions for graduate schemes.
