Nothing very difficult, the usual things like "Tell me about the time when you done something good, how you did it and what was the outcome of it" or "Tell me about your strengths/weaknesses” or “Tell me about the most difficult decision you had to make at work: give the background, how you acted and how it ended up” or “Tell me about the time when you had to stand against the majority” or “Tell me about the time when you had to deal with conflicting priorities”
More a less they look for examples from your work life.
Make sure the answer is structured in the following way: background of the situation- what was the issue and what was the reason for the issue, what you did and with was the outcome.

Processo foi bem tranquilo, entrevistas com diferentes pessoas do departamento, Fui até o final do processo porém ao final não recebi um feedback formal ou detalhado sobre a negativa. Entrei em contato com o RH solicitando um feedback construtivo mas não tive retorno

The process took about 12 weeks.
It started with a phone screening following by an interview with the hiring manager 2 weeks later.
3 weeks later I had 2 more interviews on the same day. One with the department VP and the other was with a panel of 3 directors.
I was told 4 weeks later that I did not get the job.
The process started off routine, but then I found myself constantly having to follow up with HR. Things seemed very promising until I was told they were no longer hiring for the position. There seemed to be a lot of confusion in that final 4 week waiting period.

The hiring process is very interactive which is really helpful to get all you want across to your employer. The employees are very kind and helpful with anything. Overall the interviews at Diageo are very smooth and unlike anywhere else in a good way.
