First an online assessment with situations and personality test. After that, you receive a personal feedback report and invitation to do an online interview within 5 days. This is an interview with 8 questions through HireVue and focuses are quite straightforward questions about yourself and situations. The last three questions was a case, which was more challenging as there is a time limit. Within two weeks they let you know if you can pass to the assessment centre.

The company has a quite well-organized recruiting process. The initial testing steps are for getting to know the canditates rather than focusing on only the mathematical or verbal intelligence.
