This was the shortest interview I've ever had. I think it lasted 26 minutes. The Managing Director (Hiring Manager) seemed rushed and discouraged that she missed her phone calls during the interview. I thought it was a bit rude since I had scheduled and confirmed this time slot over a week prior. I am completely qualified for the position and even my salary expectations I felt were fair. (by the way, this is the only info from the interview that she wrote down). Perhaps the Managing Director felt threatened with a qualified candidate. :/ I wish them luck. Also, there was no follow up, not even an email back thanking me for my time and ideas that I'm sure will be implemented (I know that this doesn't always happen). AND, she could not explain the position to me, I talked her through the process. Not a very professional experience.
