They are recruiters themselves. Phone screening, first interview and maybe the 2nd. They sell themselves well. The PMO Manager recently PMP certified, asks from the book but acts like an elementary after the fact. They ask about the team work, but resist to learn.

Avoid and ignore any solicitations from this firm. I was contacted by 2 recruiters over the span of 6 months for the same job. After expressing interest, sharing a resume and availability they simply ghosted me. Very unprofessional. When I am in a position to hire, I will never work with this organization.
