Easy and it flowed smoothly. Wanted to know why you wanted to get into recruiting, what excites you about the opportunity. What’s your career goals and aspirations. There was an initial phone screening then a zoom call and then one more call with the team members
Short. Details were provided via email. Consent to represent was also sent vie email for approval. Interview was conducted on or around April 17th. I still have not heard back from anyone since.

Can I commute to Downtown Montreal (32 KMS) from my home?
Slow moving process but very thorough and informative. Interviewers were very nice and responsive. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and wasn’t stressful. They bring in large classes of recruiters so you might have to wait a bit for a training class to be open.
4 interviews - 1 initial phone screening, 2 zoom interviews, and a final in person interview where you go into office for a half day and shadow, as well as meet the team.
