Zwei Runden mit mehreren Gesprächspartnern. Vorstellung, Fragen nach bisherigen Aufgaben und Verantwortung, Ideen uns Vorstellung zu neuer Rolle. Der Berwerbungsprozess zog sich wesentlich länger als angekündigt. Angebotserstellung ebenfalls sehr langsam und nicht transparent.

An initial phone screen with recruiter followed by multiple one on ones with various managers and directors. The one on ones were all done back to back on the same day.
