Entrevista
My HR person was good, the interviews were good all very normal, but when I actually got hired, the person pulling all the background paper work etc., was dense and caught up in procedure rather than actually finding a solution.

Telephone screen plus 5 rounds of interview. 2 months on from my first conversation and I'm still waiting to hear the outcome. I had to chase the interview process pretty much all the way. Their communication was poor. Last week I chased the Talent Acquisition team again for an outcome or decision and was told "I'll come back to you" and then nothing. If I didn't get the job - fine - but to ignore a candidate after 5 rounds of interview is just rude. I'm writing this feedback after yet another week of no decision or outcome. Dexcom have had plenty of time to respond to my follow ups. If you apply to work with them, expect a very slow process. You'll likely lose all passion or motivation for the role, by the time they've got their act together and made a decision. If the hiring process is an indication of what its like to work there, I would expect inefficiency and outdated processes. Good luck.

Tell me how you deal with conflict? How would a family member describe you? Can you work weekends when the job requires? Will you respond to urgent work requests out of UK hours? (Our HQ is on PDT).
