The first round is screening interview. The HR team will call to ask some of the experience and discuss about the role. Then there will be an in-person interview, where they will go through the experience more deeply

Easy enough. They did cancel my interview even though I’d paid for travel and was already on my way, we did it virtually via my phone in the end which was not ideal. Then never heard back which is insulting.
