Interview was normal/easy. ZERO FOLLOW THROUGH my 3rd/final interviewer was preoccupied with reading his emails and texts while on my interview and was extremely distracted and not interested at all. He was very snarky for some reason. (Was on a Google meet virtual setting) After the 3 interviews- Devoted went ghost after I reached out about 3x. After about 2 months, I just moved on. I did definitely dodge a bullet based off of what friends have shared with me in regards to the local sales team. Devoted was good the first 2 years but now, the local insurance market is staying away.
