Got through the first 3 rounds smoothly and currently on hirevue. The cognitive and math parts where quite easy so nothing for anyone to worry about. Waiting to complete the hirevue now so will update this afterwards

I went through 6 rounds of case studies, Personal fit and HR interviews and it took them 2 weeks to get back to me. I had several years of previous experience in a top management consulting boutique which included a large project with DB for almost 12 months, so I also had internal references. In the meantime I did an MBA and received an award as most inspiring students from my peers and professors. In the final feedback I was told the junior team did not feel comfortable around me, specifically one person that I had one of the 6 interviews with. They did not consult my internal references or previous employer, where I led several social initiatives on top of my consulting work, to get more insights on how people’s experiences of working with me had been. I was very disappointed with the process and also irritated that one junior could outvote the rest of the team and that they did not diligence this specific area more. Even though I was encouraged to apply again at a later time, I will definitely not consider.
