There was no introductory interview. Instead I was asked to have my IDE open for a coding interview. The interview was conducted with a senior software engineer who was quite rude. I was asked to explain my current work and infrastructure, and he didn't know some of the frameworks we used and was trying to correct work without know what it was. The interviewer was answering emails during the interview process. I was ghosted afterwards and never heard any feedback from the company. The interview consisted of implementing some basic algorithms, as well as designing a stack interface in Golang.

The technical video interview was totally a chaos. The interviewers were late about 5 minutes, and I was left alone. When the interviewers appeared, they posted Java codes on Micorsoft Teams and asked me to copy to my IDE. (with screen sharing) They explained nothing and they just asked me to find bugs and fix them. It's totally confusing and they didn't really want to guide or help when I was stuck. In addition, they didn't turn on the camera during the whole call, and they sounded like exhausted. The interview made me feel like it's not prepared at all, as it seems like the interviewers only wanted to copy questions from Stackoverflow and wasted someone's time.
