Applied through the portal on their webpage. 1st round - Standard Behavioral, Cognitive and Psychometric tests 2nd round - Upon passing the 3, you will be invited for a recorded video interview 3rd round - In person interview with 2 VPs. Very friendly people, great experience with the interviewers. Standard questions: Why you, why the bank, why this role etc. 4th round - In person interview with 2 Directors. This round was much harder as the senior management personnel were much harder to read. Questions were also much more difficult to prepare for as they were more about your character, values, goals etc. Overall, I am greatly impressed with the bank, very friendly personnel and interviews were all on time and handled professionally.

Relatively smooth and short process, started off with the initial 1-2 rounds of behavioural and technical assessments, hirevue and last round was 3 back-to-back in-person interviews with the team. In person interview lasted for a total of 1.5hrs, with a mix of behavioural, personality and technical questions about global markets and trading
