3 round interviews. First the HR gave a phone call to ask some basic questions and confirm the interview process. Then the HR sent the on-site interview invitation. After that there are two on-site interviews. First a technical leader simply explained the code test requirements and left. after about 40 minutes he came to have a check and then the final check when it's about 1 hour. He just listened to my explanation without any comments. The third one is the behavioral test - silly tasks like check patterns and select what you need to do etc.

Interview started with initial chat with department heads.
Once passed that then a 1.5 hour psychometric test and 1.5 hour tech test - all on the same day.
Both tests were good and certainly tailored to finding a senior dev with an emphasis on team integration and hence the psych test.
